How long are the courses?
Online courses (tutor-supported)
100-hours: 12 months self-paced study (extensions available upon request)
Each tutor-driven online course takes approximately 100 hours of study applied flexibly over a 12-month period. This means you can tailor your study around your lifestyle, with a minimum part-time requirement of two hours of online study per week over the year, or you can fast-track your career by completing your course within a month or so of full-time study.
Each lesson consists of a practical task and a written assessment for your tutor to grade and provide you with feedback. Additionally, each lesson has a self-assessment quiz. These are not assessed but will help you test your knowledge.  This means that by the end of the course you will have really engaged with the course materials, which we know equals learning!
When you enrol you will be assigned your own personal tutor, you will have their email before you need to submit your first assignment, you are free to email them whenever you have a question about your studies. Our tutors will usually answer your emails within 24 hours business days.
Additionally we now have a selection of 20-hour online short courses which do not have written assignments to submit.
Short courses
20 hours (approximately) self-directed learning
Our short courses offer excellent value for money and a sound introduction into your field of study. They are self-directed learning packages, which means they don’t offer the same tutor-support as our online courses but offer greater flexibility and economy while still providing you with the desired learning outcomes and a certificate of completion at the end of your study.
